Refund Policy
At UniBridge Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality training and marketing services that meet or exceed your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:

Training Services – Including online courses, live training sessions, workshops, and recorded programs.

Marketing Services – Including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, branding services, and advertising campaigns.
2. General Policy
Since our services involve time, expertise, and digital delivery, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
3. Training Services
A. Online / Live Training Programs

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested within 7 days after the enrollment.

Partial Refund: If cancellation is made after 7 days of registration, a 50% refund will be issued.

No Refund: If cancellation is made after 15 days of registration or after the training has started.

Replacement Option: You may request to attend the same training in a future batch instead of receiving a refund.
B. Recorded / Self-Paced Training

No refunds will be issued once access to the material has been granted, as digital content cannot be “returned.”

If you face technical issues that prevent access, we will work to resolve them or provide alternative access.
4. Marketing Services
A. Project-Based Services

Refund Before Work Starts: If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Partial Refund: If work has started, a refund will be provided minus the cost of work already completed, based on agreed hourly/project rates.

No Refund: Once the project has been delivered or is near completion, no refund will be issued.
B. Monthly/Retainer Services

Cancellation requires 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the current month’s payment once services have started.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:

You fail to attend training without prior notice.

You provide incorrect or incomplete information that impacts service delivery.

Results are not achieved due to factors outside our control (e.g., algorithm changes, market conditions).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Attach proof of purchase or payment receipt.

We will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
